Interactive Checklist for Submitting Authors

The corresponding author must submit the Interactive Checklist for Submitting Authors on behalf of all authors. With this document, the authors attest to their authorship of the paper and confirm the disclosure of any declarable associations. Download the form, complete it, sign it (each author must write their contribution and sign; signatures may be electronic or handwritten), and upload it to the COMET system. Upload this document when you submit your paper for possible publication in the FTB journal.
