Celebrating 50 years of Food Technology and
Biotechnology
Half a century of publishing a
scientific journal has inspired us to
reflect on what we have achieved and which
role
we need to take in our future decisions. Our
celebration was a working one, so on 16 November a
symposium was held
on the topic of the position of scientific
publishing in Croatia. For that occasion a
supplementary (non-indexed)
issue was published containing the extended
abstracts of presentations held at the
